Software Engineer

Full Time

You’ll help build and grow the backend systems and data pipelines behind our products. We’d love to hear from you if you enjoy clean architecture, care about getting the data right, and like to see your work go live.

What you’ll do
  1. Build and maintain Python services and APIs with Flask and Django
  2. Design and improve ETL pipelines and database structures
  3. Keep our production systems fast and reliable
  4. Use AI tools to speed up your work, and check what they produce before you rely on it
  5. Work closely with our design and data teams, from planning through release
What we’re looking for
  1. Good Python skills and hands-on experience with Flask or Django
  2. Comfortable with Git, including branches, pull requests, and code reviews
  3. Experience using AI tools in your daily work, and the judgment to know when their output isn’t good enough
Nice to have (we’ll help you learn these)
  1. SQL and relational databases
  2. Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  3. Scheduling and orchestration tools like Cron, Airflow, or Metaflow

Product Designer (UI/UX)

Full Time

You’ll lead the design of our data-heavy apps. You convert complicated workflows into easy-to-digest diagrams, and large amounts of data into attractive, user-friendly visualizations.

What you’ll do
  1. Own the design process, from research and user flows to the final UI
  2. Build and look after our design system and component library in Figma
  3. Design dashboards, charts, and reports that help people understand their data
  4. Use AI tools to try out ideas and build design system work faster
  5. Prepare clear handoffs for developers and stay involved while they build
What we’re looking for
  1. Strong Figma skills and experience building design systems
  2. A portfolio that shows how you’ve made complex workflows simple
  3. Experience with user research, and the ability to design for data-heavy workflows
  4. Comfort using AI as part of how you design
Nice to have (we’ll help you learn these)
  1. Designing charts, dashboards, or analytics products
  2. Prototyping in Framer or Principle
